Dish signal cuts out using 211K DVR

I have 2 identical Dish 211k receivers each with dvr hdd. Only one cuts out (goes black) for a less than a second about every minute.
It seems to be only when the dvr is (activated ? - Or a timer is possibly set for that channel)

Any ideas would be appreciated.
