Dish Tailgator Pro

I have the DISH® Tailgater® Pro 2 Satellite Antenna in. I am currently in southeast Pennsylvania. I am trying to set up the satellite. It has a clear sight to satellites but won't lock on. I have plugged, unplugged, checked coax, rebooted receiver. It is connected directly into the wally receiver.

It does get stuck full green bar and I tried undo cable, screen pops up to View TV, I re-tighten cable, select view tv then get complete signal loss window.
Any ideas what the problem is? I'm thinking there is a problem with the dish? Never had this problem before.
small update...looking in the setting I see it does have satellite 119 but not 110

Ok figured out something is wrong with the box (wally) I installed an old box I had and it worked! Only thing now is the guide is off by an hour. Not sure how to fix that.
