The biggest negative and the reason I left DirecTV was the 2 year commitment. No thanks, with the speed HD is being deployed from different companies I didn't want to be tied to a provider or pay extra to leave. Plus DTV's DVR was garbage compared to the 622. Switched a year ago for the HD and I still have more than my BIL that believed DTV's BS.
