Dish whole home Music App is not working right

hello my friends just to let you know that the dish whole home music app is not working right. When you try to use iheartradio all i get is a box that says application will not load on the tv screem dish wants you to reset your hopper which i done already and it still stays the same.
Anyone else is having the problem i am having too.

Is it a 619 Error Code in the upper-right corner of the box? If so, there has been a lot of that going around lately with various apps. Someone started a thread about this problem with the Google Nest app: Nest Hello Doorbell error?
My sister also saw a similar error message with the Gallery app on her Wally, for the short time that the Gallery app was actually available on the Wally at all.
