DishAnywhere works fine on my phone, not on my PC

Traveling and visiting family. Dishanywhere works fine on my, I can watch anything on the guide live, recordings, etc. When I go to Dishanywhere on my laptop, I can see my guide, DVR, etc, but when I pick a show and hit "watch" nothing happens at all.

Any advice?

Did it prompt you to download the app, now or before?

Be sure popup blocker is OFF.

Try another browser.

Perhaps you're having a driver problem as I did.

Thanks guys, those tips did it; I was not getting a prompt to D/L the app (even though I realized it was the first time I tried to run it in my new notebook) but I found a way to download it anyway, and that fixed it,
