DISHOnline w/VIP-722 Sometimes Freezes

I have confirmed that I have a good Broadband connection, but on occassion:

I get as far as the DISHOnline main screen, but when selecting any of the movie categories, I'll see something "of 0" at the top of the list, and no titles will be listed. Unfortunately, I can't seem to back out at that point. Everything seems to hang for as long as 5 minutes. Anyone else seeing this?

For what its worth, I used this screen only once, downloading a movie... took a long time, but it worked. No hangs.

The only other hang I've had is in the CNN interactive mode, reading the news. This has happened about 3 times in 3 months.
