Listening to Charlie speak last week, he talks about how valuable the spectrum he ha actually is. He doesn't seem to be too concerned if things work the way he wants it to go. He said that if things don't go right then he has a bunch of valuable spectrum, if they do go right then they own Sprint. He made it sound like a win/win scenario with what he's been doing.
