DIY channel?

Can someone confirm for me please? In all of the lists of channels here and other places, they show E* as having DIY, but D* does not. When I go to D*'s web site, looking at Choice Ultimate, I see DIY in the list of standard channels.

I know sometimes both D* and E* are slow to reflect changes in their channel line-up on their web sites. This would, believe it or not, be a deal breaker for me. (ok not for ME but for my wife....the finance department)

Doesn't matter if it's SD or HD as they pretty much only show upconverted SD content on their HD channel anyways.

So please just tell me it's there on your receiver (if you have Choice Ultimate or higher). I'm getting ready to call for install but this would grind everything to a halt.

Oh and Versus too (that one's for me). Seems to be some contradictory information out there as to whether DirecTV has it or not but I see it on their web site.

I have the choice xtra package and I get both DIY and Versus.

You may have been looking at E*'s HD channel list. E* has DIY in HD.
