Ive never really used them on any tv, but Ive seen some cnet reviews as well as others that recommend using these features and test them.

Just wondering how some of you felt about DNR and Mpeg NR. I currently have them both off on my Panasonic.

I havent really seen it do anything. It seems Panasonics arent known for their quality NR anyways.

Im beginning to wonder why some of these features even still come on tv's. Is one manufacturer afraid to drop certain "enhancements' because the others will still have it?

You probably hit it right on the money. I guess they feel the more the features the more people will say "wow, they have so and so".

lol. I guess it is a good selling point for those Best Buy clerks that think the added features really help the picture.
