Does anyone have access to broken recievers?

The front door of my 211 broke and looks pretty bad without it-wandering if someone had access to one of these.
 
DHPP dosen't care wether it is a complete box or a door and the customer shouldn't care if he is offended by the missing door he broke off.

Said it before, I'll say it again. These are not the types of issues you want to be crying wolf over. You would think a tech who knows anything about NPF's would know better. It doesn't harm customers now, but how long do you suppose that'll last for purely cosmetic issues?

One of two things will happen. If he broke it off, it can legally be interpreted as customer damage...or DHPP will be appended to explicitly exclude cosmetics. Push the envelope though, it's not like Chuck likes to save money or anything.
