Does Directv have an audit department?

Just wondering as, if I subscibe, I will have 2 HDVRs and 1 regular HD, none of which can be hooked up to my only phone line (cellular).

Just wondering if they would harass me??? I've heard some horror stories from the DISH forum. Thanks,
