You still have a couple of months before switchover is done. If your receiver gets shut off and you still haven't received your cards, you can call Dish to turn your channels back on and send you another card.

Press the Menu button twice (System Info) and then Next a few times to get to the info screen for the Smart Card ID. If it reads DNASP241 DshH02, you already have the latest one installed. Otherwise contact E* for a new one. Also can do Menu-6-1-3 and then Next to get to the page with DNASP.
