Does this happen to anyone else?

Everytime I go into the interactive weather programming section my 722 freezes up and I cant get back into regular programming until I reset Receiver.Anyone else having this issue,is my receiver bad.I just want to know if i should call and have receiver replaced.I cant go in and check weather ,without having to go thru resetting eachtime.Very annoying.

Andy, similar (but not exact) same problem. With me, it's TV2 - after set is on a while and I've changed channels a couple to no more than a few times, remote just quits working. I can't access program guide, change channels, and only way for me to 'fix' is reset system. I've posted problem - and since my system was installed just 9 days ago, continued to bring up w/install co. Their first suggestion was that receiver antenna (being inside media ctr) so they relocated. That's not the problem. I'll post whatever solution turns out to be (if I get there...)
