Don't understand program change

Called yesterday to add all premium channels, had 250+HD platinum. I now have premiums but my package now says HD gold and the Smithsonian and MGM are blocked (and Encore HD). Any clues?

Smithsonian and MGM are Platinum level.

Sounds like they downgraded you - call them back and get it fixed.

It sort of appears the CSR made a mistake adding your order to the system. Call back. Your package shouldn't have changed with just the addition of the premiums.
