DorecTV SD freezing up

I have a SD DVR and 2 SD recievers attached to a 2x4 multiswitch. About 2 weeks ago I started noticing a 1-2 second picture freezes. It happens on all 3 recievers about 1-2 times per hour. I kow that sunspot activity is highest this time of year. I am wondering if what I am seeing is due to sunspots, my multiswitch going bad, or my duel LNB going bad? Your thoughts???

Great Point....I have been paying closer attention to this lately and it seems to only be happening on my Raleigh-Durham locals.

sunspots produce sparklies across the screen, not pic freezes. what is your signal strength?
