Double-Billing NHL Center Ice

I went to look online at my current billing for my next month. Wow, they tried to charge me again for NHL Center Ice! I called and talked to billing and they agreed. I'm confident it will be removed as I've never had any problems with billing in the past. But, others might want to check their bills if they don't regularly do so. I have been on the automatic renewal for a few years now.

I think I know what might have happened. On Nov 29th I upgraded from the 622 to the 722. If you have a special package, such as Center Ice it complicates the activation a bit. I'm guessing that this somehow caused the system to charge my account again (although at the 169.00 rate and not the 159.00 I previously paid). It hasn't been updated yet to reflect their mistake on my billing. I'll give them another 24 hours before I call again. I'm patient and it will get corrected.
