DP 301 013 not locking on 110

I have a DP301 013. When I hook up a single DP dual lnb directly to the DP301, I can pick up and lock on 119. I can also pick up 110 (manually adjusting the azimuth), but the DP301 won't lock on it - just displays the "wrong sat" warning. I know it is picking it up because I switch the coax to a receiver card in my computer and can scan channels on 110.

When I hook up a DP Twin, the 110 side/lnb doesn't pick up anything, even if I cover the 119 side with tin foil. However, I can get 119 and 110 (separately) with the 119 side of the DP301 with tin foil over the 110 side, but again, no lock on 110.

Is the 301 013 unable to properly pick up 110?

When you run a switch test, what position does it put the 119 sat in.. If it's not in the first position then you might have the dish aligned wrong. A dish 500 should put 119 in the first position and 110 in the second, If the 119 shows up in the second position then you need to realign the dish properly.

119 is on the left (#1), "Conn" is in the middle (#2) and "n.c." is on the right (#3). 1 & 3 make sense (I don't have an external dish hooked to the DPP Twin) but #2 is the problem - no 110, no matter what I have tried.

The DP301 013 I have is running software version 204. Supposedly this should support most DP birds, but I wonder if it doesn't support the DPP Twin...
