Now that the dp44 is out. I have a 721 and only one coax going to my 508 how would i hook up the 721 via the dp44 with only one coax. Also do i need a seperator?
The 721 will be replacing my 508.

You would send 2 lines from the dp44 to the 721. Since you have one already you just need to add a line.

Actually you'd only need to send one line from the Dp+44 to the 721 & then to the new DP+ separator to feed both inputs on the 721. This is the main function of the New DishPro Plus switch. :)

Is current 721 software support the combo DP44+separator ?

I don't know, but it does bring up an interesting question.
Will the 721 download it initial software through a DP44?
It has had some trouble with a particular, newer setup (I forget which)

I will have a DP+44 in my hands sometime this week, and I will be able to tell you how it works with the 721 / 921 and Dishplayers 7200. :D

Look for a full review soon. :D
