Nope! I got one of ebay for $62 shipped last week , Not from this guy ) it was listed as "Brand New Demo Model" but it came Factory selaed , it works great!

installer fakes paperwork and sells the pilfered item off pretty cheap.

i suspect a lot of great e bay deals are just this.

if comnpanies checked inspected random installs these great deals wouldnt exist
