DPP 500+ as wing dish?

Can anyone confirm the new DPP 500plus dish will work as a 118 wing dish with the Eastern Arc 1000.4 dish, or do I have to use the older DP 500plus dish? I can not find the manual online.

yes hook the port 3 line from the 500+ to the in line of the 1k. 4

I knew how to hook it up but I was worried the total current draw was too much for my 622 or the 1000.4 would not provide enough power for the DPP LNB. To be safe, I ordered the older model on E-bay.

the older ones are nice its no different than a 44 switch the both are dpp
