Just wanted to take the time and share this with everyone.... If you have a dsr922 thats getting old, maybe you have one the first one's out that says G I on it verses the big M...
Well anyways I had one here that worked fine except the DC lite would blink.. then nothing at all. progressively worsening...
I tried master resets you name it.. nothing helped... Then I did some reading about a bad capacitor by the tuner...

I replaced all the 16v 10uf caps that were after each voltage regulator
in addition to the one mentioned on the site.
