Dual Tuner Adapter Troubles buying

Has anyone had trouble buying a dual tuner adapter from AirTV? I ordered one through their website in October and have been unable to get the order. I have spent alot of time on the phone with there reps and seem to get nowhere. Apparently the original order was damaged by UPS and they have put in a replacement order which no one seems to be able to find any information on where that is. I call every couple of weeks and am told this has been escalated 4 times now but still nothing. Their feedback link led to an email exchange that somehow was taken over by Dish support, who said after looking into it I should contact AirTV, which is who I contacted in the first place. Is there anyone competent working at AirTV? I know it is owned by Dish but their customer service seems to be a complete mess.
