Dual tuner receivers

Does Directv carry dual tuner receivers like DishnetWork does?

No they do not.

Thats what I was thinking. Isn't Dish Network the only one that does that?

It is very usefull to me, since I can have all the DVR functions in the master bedroom without have an actual DVR or reciever in there

Does anyone know if you get the dual tuner, does the second tv that only can view SD get all the HD channels? Since I'm paying for the programing it would be nice to watch the HD movie channels in the SD if the rest of the family is watching something I don't want to sit through.

Yes, it gets all the channels (at least the 942 does, and I'm sure the 622 does as well).
