This is a DVBWorld 2006 S2-PCIE Card. This card does blind scan. I slaved the card off my Pansat 2700 for HD and S2 channels. I don't have the original software for it but, you can download the up to date software from there website. The software that came with it did not do blind scan. I will take $50 including shipping to the lower 48. I can take PayPal with no fees.
