DVR 625 Content Transfer Question

I curently have a DVR 625 with many recorded programs. I'm planning to upgrade to the 722 HD DVR. Is there a way to transfer all my recorded programs from my 625 to the 722?

The 625 is supposed to get the software for the external HD, just not sure when it will happen.

i know you cant transfer with external hard drive. but con you do it with pocket dish? down load stuff of 625 in to pocket dish and then from packet dish on to 622/722

i believe you can only transfer TO the pocketdish.

I doubt the 625 will ever get EHD support, its USB 1.1 is just too slow to be useful.

Just wondering if there has been any change in this issue in the last two years? I'm upgrading from a 625 to a 722 while my wife is away, and it would be nice if I could preserve the content that she has been recording while she's been gone.
