DVR Dual Tuner connection from one jack?

I have a Dual Tuner Phillips DVR through Direct TV. I have a dual LNB Dish. Both cables from the satellite connect to a multiswitch. One wire from the multiswitch goes to the wall jack behind my TV. (there is not an economical way to run a second feed to a second wall jack behind the TV) Is there a way to hook up both satellite inputs on my DVR from one jack? (my tivo works fine with one hookup but I cannot watch one channel and record another at the same time). Thanks.
