If I get two DVR Duel receivers (for 4 TVs), will I be paying the monthly DVR fee for both receivers or 1???

To answer your question there is a DVR fee for EACH dvr.

UNless you have dvr advantage pack for top 200 or top 250, then you will only have a dvr fee on the second dvr. You save $3.98 by using the dvr advantage pack. The other way to save the fees is AEP .
