These people that have kept their accounts all this time and paid their bills deserve that credit extended on their bills. These are the customers that Dish want, those that actually keep their service long-term. Thats a small price to keep these customers happy and to keep them with Dish. I have gotten and may still be getting the long-term DVR credit due to the 721 receiver that they swapped to a 522.
