DVR (HR20) Playback issue

When I record an HD program from the locals I get quite a bit of pixelation during the playback, but not always. Watching live HD locals=no pixelation at all.

Recording HD broadcast on non-local channels = no problems during playback or live broadcast.

Can DTV help me with this or will they just tell me to reset? Has anyone else experienced this?

To clarify your situation. Are you recording locals via OTA or DirecTV?

Anyone else in your area have locals via DirecTV so you can compare? I don't have my locals so I can't say if there is a problem with DirecTV HD locals generally or your locals.
