Dvr612 Problems

Just upgraded to HD, got the 612 reciever. Having problems with the non HD channels as far as picture quality. Seemed that my old 510 dvr looked better. They have re aimed the dish, rewired all the way from the dish to reciever. Still says accuring signal just at random times, and my local hd's do not come in with the free to air antenna. Im not sure what to do, they have been here 4 times and still havent fixed it. The feild service guy just sat here and tried to tell me that my tv was not compatible which is not true...Any ideas guys..im ready to cancel and try directtv

This really sounds like the box. Tell them you want another one.

They re coming back tomorrow, hopefully will replace the box. Ill keep you updated.
