can you get signall off a multi satellite dish from D* for a E* ird?A3 LNB dish that points to 101,110,119 to be exact.

Yes, you can use a D* dish to receive 110 and 119 from E*, but you will need to use E* switch(s) and you may need to move the 101 LNBF to the 110 position (I'm not familiar with what they give you in a 3rd sat kit with D* and if the D* 110 LNBF is single or dual). The D* equipment is "legacy" type in DISH terminology, so it's not compatible with superdish/DishPro.

You can't use a PHASE3 Dish it's switches are not compatible with DISH. The original oval dish will work but the SAT "C" center LNBF has to be replaced with a standard LNBF.
 
And if you have a DirecTV with built in switch you'll have probs. I don't know if just replacing the SAT C LNB is enough as I remember it was more than just offset.
