It depends on what topic you're talking about.

If you want REAL tech support, you post here.

If you have customer service issues, use ceo@dishnetwork.com

The CEO email should only be used as a last resort. I think that Dish expects you to call the 800-333-DISH number for tech support.

And we all know where that gets us, scripted BS!! Most of us here know the drill, been there, done that. CEO email is the only resort....
