E* XI - what will the uplink reports show??

So, those who remember from the previous satellite additions... what will the uplink reports show that will indicate EchoStar XI is being prepared to take over from E*8 ?

Or, will we only see an uplink report change when it actually takes over ?

You probably will see a bit of shuffling as slowly bring things in but other than that no. I will have to manually change the names since they actually don't send the satellite names down in the data. And TIDs won't change either since they are not a new spotbeam or orbital position. We will have to rely on FCC filings and signal strength comparisons.
