Question about the look up tool

I live in the Roanoke VA DMA. The tool shows that I'm currently in the Western ARC. Does the lookup tool show future plans, or can I assume that Roanoke won't be switched to Eastern ARC once our locals go HD. I ask this because it seems other cities in Virginia have been switched to eastern ARC once HD locals were available. This would be bad for me, since I have no line of sight in that direction due to a mountain. :-/

When I put in my zip code, it says I live in a Western Arc DMA. While it's true that my HD locals, if you can call them that, are on 61.5, I'm sure I've seen the SD locals on the EA birds in one of the uplink reports!
