I live in Northern VT and have the Eastern Arc gold package and have been a subscriber for about 8 months now. Recently Dish moved some channels from 61.5 up to 77 and now I can't get them. My satellite signals for all the channels on 77 fluctuate from less than 5 to 22. When they are 22 I can get a picture. Unfortunately that only happens a few minutes each day. I've been lurking on various message boards and been talking with Dish. From what I have learned Dish knows that people in Northern VT, ME, NH, and NY won't be able to get these signals. Anyway...my question is, can I get another satellite dish and point it directly at 77 and connect it to my main dish (1000.4). Is it that simple, or am I missing something. A few of my friends have the same problem - we live in Northern VT and NH and do not have a view to the west and the Eastern Arc is the only option.
Thank for your help.
