Eastern Arc Question

With the eastern arc, which satellite does it point to? I just wanted to check out the dishpointer site to see if this would work on my home. I think that I might have line of site issues with a dual dish system, just looking around my neighborhood at other people with dish, and the direction that they are pointed. I am located in Matamoras PA, which is north eastern PA. If I call to order dish, do I have to ask for Eastern arc, or do they bring everything, and install what is best?

Eastern Arc uses 72.7, 77 and 61.5 on one dish.
The 61.5 would be part of a dual dish installation which would include 119 and 110 on the primary dish.
