Eastern Arc ??

I had heard something about this new eastern arc & some kind of new encryption that will be used by Dishnetwork. When this happens will a new dish have to be installed and also neither my receivers currently have cards. As part of this switchover will I have to have cards in my receivers ? I currently am pointed at 110/119/61.5 with two Dish500 dishes.

You need to do nothing.

Eastern Arc is for new customers only.

Although the new secuity system is being rolled out to everyone. Watch your mailbox new cards are coming.
