charlie knows what he's doing .. with his sale of spectrum att t-mobile starlink won and verizion lost the only thing that verizion might get out of the spectrum sale is the crap spectrum the leftovers . if the moneys right and the offer is good tgp will sell it they were never in it for the long haul

there's a micro cell across of our house it don't work inside the though it works in the front lawn out back is hit or miss. verizon you need to be standing under the aluminum jock strap with your tin foil hat on

Being allowed to sell it for a profit has to be lucky. If it is legitimately being squatted on, FCC should have the mechanisms to take it back and re-auction. This is a very peculiar move. Dish/Echostar profits off US property that was licensed to them. All of this is because of outside factors that could not have been anticipated.

The difference is those licenses are being used..sitting on spectrum is a bit shady...Charlie just didn't have the money to build out his dream

Running out money to use the spectrum is a lot different than sitting on it hoping to cash in eventually.

Or someone that needs the money now badly enough to take the loss instead of going bankrupt. More than one company has sold lesser assets at a loss to maintain the core business. Sometimes that's good business when unexpected situations arise like COVID or other disasters.
