Was just looking at:

Dish networks website states that E* IV is at 119 but Lyngsat says it is at 77. I would guess Lyngsat is correct but what dish configuration includes position 77?

it is at 77.... the only configuration that requires a bird pointing to 77 degrees is if your getting tv in mexico... Its been stated in the past that this slot is a mexican dbs slot.. I think dish may have planns to offer dbs service in mexico but thats just speculation

According to Lyngsat it has Portland and Eugene locals on it.
