Editing Is A Chore

Any way to take a bunch of steps out of editing a post. It should be a lot easier than it is.

How much simpler can it get? Hit edit, the box pops up with your message in it, edit the parts you want to edit and click save.

I don't think it can get easier then that.

Is there a way to do it without a pop up box? It is an issue with quoting as well. Can it be done inline?

The only suggestion I would have for the new WYSIWYG edit box, is it looks so much like the final. Maybe when in edit mode the background could be different color, like light gray as opposed to the same light blue as it is in the saved version.

I like the new post-editing method. In Vbulletin, if I'm not mistaken, it re-loaded the message in the full-blown message editor and in turn was much slower.

When it says "Edit post..." in the window's corner, it's hard to confuse what you're doing too !
