Editing TP information

I now am the proud owner of 2 AZBox's. One HD Premium purchased from Rick and one AZAmerica DVB S2 S900 purchased locally here in Panama.
I am finding different results with each machine ie one machine shows a channel with heavy pixallation and one shows it with none.
I was trying to investigate what was going on and decided to download the channel list from the HD to the laptop. When I try this with either Maz or AZBoxedit, I find I am unable to copy and paste the information into an Excel sheet for further analysis.
Has anyone managed to get ino from the AZBox into a spreadsheet and if so how ?

I'm going to take a wild guess that the AZbox premium shows the channel fine and the AZAmerica DVB S2 S900 has heavy pixellation?
