EIRP v/s LNB v/s Dish size. noise in db

Hi guys one question... i have been checking a chart where there is a relation between EIRP and LNB noise and dish size... so for a dish size 60cm the lowest EIRP with a 0.6-0.7 noise in dB for the LNB is 48dBW... i have a 65cm antenna and I'm going to use it with a 0.3dB LNB... I'm guessing this would decrease the EIRP needed.., but I don't now how much .. does anyone of you know the formula for this... I'm pasting the table in case someone is interested.
