Epix no longer a part of DISH movie Pack??

MGM HD is still available in the DISH Movie Pack. At least, that's how I'm getting it.
I'm not seeing it listed in the channels in the package, but on its own page it lists "DISH Movie Pack" as its package:

If you click on the offers tab, and then click learn more on the 50% off movie pack listing, it lists Epix channels and MGM.
