Error 20 Smart Card Mismatch

The installer is here doing my 2H/2J installation. After Step 5 of Acquiring Satellite Signal he's getting an Error 20 - The smart card doesn't match the receiver. He's an experienced Tech. The card and receiver numbers match what's on the shipping wrapper. Trouble!!!!!

Same error for both receivers.

I remember someone else having that problem. They fixed theirs by pulling then reinserting the smart card. Don't know if your tech has tried that....

I think he's done that twice now. He's working on both Hoppers simultaneously but knows not to try a Joey until the Hoppers are up.

Problem solved. Another poster had the same thing happen. Using the main menu Reset Factory Defaults cleared everything up. I'll be hoppin' soon.
