error code 0457 help

I'm getting an error 0457 code on my 510. I have no DVR functions. Any tips to fix it or is it time for a new one?

that error is usually seen when hdd is unplugged or set to slave not master or c/s.
so if you have not been fooling around with it your hard drive is gone.
there are only a handful of drives that will work and they need to be married.
if unit is leased call dish for replacement, if you own it and want to keep it pm me and I can hook you up with a married replacement if interested.

Thanks Mack. It's leased. I've been wanting to upgrade to HD in that room anyway so now's the time.
