error uploading photo

Hell everyone,
I am tryimg to upload a photo of my new plasma to the member equipment photo section and I am getting this error:
"Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127"

Any Ideas on what is causing this problem?

Scott, speaking of Photos, I notice that the "Members Photos" calendar says "July 2006", but it appears the links are all to the photos uploaded in June, not July.

I just looked, and it seems okay now.
