ESPN and ESPN2 removed from c-band NPS

Just found out that NPS doesn't have ESPN and ESPN2 on c-band. Is this through all programmers?

Can ESPN and ESPN2 obtained through 4DTV? If so which channels?

ESPN will not be offered anymore, they do not like the way the 4dtv does the blackouts, and we all know Motorola wont fix it to there liking.
