ESPN app not working correctly

I have purchased ESP app my Roku tv with Directv as the provider and am unable to stream SeC network plus
I have called Directv and ESPN and neither have resolved the issue
I am able to watch on my phone using the app and showing Directv as my provider but not on the TV app

I just pulled up the espn app on my TV and was able to go down and watch clips, watched the CFP show fine.
I don't use that app very often and I don't see SEC network on it, or don't know where to find it , to try it.

But the OD stuff is working fine.
