I call D the person I talk to when ahead send me a email to activate it. She also told me we be getting HULU, DISNEY + by the end of the year. Thanks you guys for your help .

Help.. I was with DTV stream but canceled to try you tube. I hated it and decided to restart my now just a DTV account and was told would get the Free ESPN unlimited. I have NEVER got that email or ESPN Link on my account. Have called DTV and they send me to ESPN tech support they send me back to DTV..TWICE...One tech told me the problem was i used same email and PW . I dont know what to do other than Disconnect and restart my DTV account again. Is there an email for DTV for complaints that might HELP. I was going to try to disconnect but you dont talk to anyone its auto cancel. what if i downgraded my plan and then when back up to Choice...maybe ANYONE got any ideas... Thanks Bruno

Best bet would be to cancel and sign up again using a different email address.

A good way to make a complaint is to do it through the BBB (Better Business Bureau).

I filed a complaint with the BBB and i did get a call from the Office of the DTV president ( We used to call Dish and ask for the office of the president to get a deal in the old days) Mellisa called and we visited but she also could figure out what she needed to do. Ask if she called back in a couple of days and told her that was fine. Bruno

They're now available to stream in the app for sat customers

I don't see these on my Directv streaming service. I have Entertainment package

211 is a 'get more sports with Directv Sports Pack'

Or is it like pretty much everything for the streaming service. We don't get the cool things like satellite does. All those free options (up in like the 9500 channels) we don't ever see (the deals for adding a option)

The satellite ESPN+ channels are just the limited set of events that they were already carrying on the ESPN+ for Business channels, which they can now make available to residential users because of ESPN Unlimited. Stream customers already get all the events on those channels and more through the ESPN app on channel 210 or via Sports Central which has deeplinks to games on ESPN, Apple TV, Peacock, Prime Video and other apps. ESPN likely requires that for stream/internet so they can sell targetted ads during commercial breaks.

On satellite they use guide banners that link to one of the 9500s if they're targetted, those channels just have a slate with information on how to redeem it. Stream customers get an app popup or notification with that information if they're targetted.


They did recently start making the Tennis and Golf experiences in the 900s available to streaming customers. And now that they have a deal for ESPN+ integration, hopefully we'll see the return of the Australian Open and Wimbledon experiences that had to be dropped after the court specific channels left ESPN3 for ESPN+.

I did a chat on Dec 2nd and they said i ( and everyone else )would get the email by December 15th. No budging on activating it earlier.

I also Stream DTV and you have to Get ESPN Unlimited using the ESPN app and log into it. I was finally able to get my problem FIX. I had to Call Disney Tech support and they did a 3 way call with DTV Loyalty Dept. I had shut off my DTV to check out YTTV and hated it so i went back to DTV and used the same email and PW that DTV had cancelled. I believe that Disney had to re-set my credentials and it went to working. I also a short time recieved the email to activate my ESPN but have not used it yet.
