To the best of my ability to determine, the broadcasts available in North America will be on RTPi Tuesday live at 3 PM EDT, Thursday delayed at 5:30 PM EDT, and Saturday live at 3 PM EDT; and on BVN delayed at 8 PM EDT all three days. (Note: BVN's online schedule only pertains to the domestic broadcast no matter what time zone you select, I compared the schedule to what was actually airing now on the North American broadcast; and it matches their behavior in previous years.)

BVN has noticeably better resolution and bit-rate, but this will apparently be the last year they're available to us :(

Romania is competing this year, but it doesn't appear in the online schedule of their international channel.

Also, the contest will supposedly be available for free on YouTube, which will be surprising if true since it's also going to be on Peacock, the streaming platform owned by the NBC/Comcast abomination.

Russia will again not be participating. They're still trying to revive their own skreech-a-thon.

Russia is actually banned for invading Ukraine. Several countries have quit participating because it's too expensive or for political reasons (read: it's too gay for them), and this year quite a few countries withdrew because they refused requests to ban Israel.

I wish the satellite broadcasters would put up more than one audio stream so we can listen to the English narration without trying to hear it under the local commentary.
